Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness
Narrative Therapy helps a person reconnect with their skills, competencies and expertise by looking at their problems in a very different way.
Mindfulness is ideal for people who are overwhelmed by emotions and distress. It provides skills to help control emotions.
CBT works to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour. By making links between what we do, think and feel, CBT can help us feel better.
